With one-on-one training with a personal trainer, the focus is on you and you alone. It`s important we have a really strong transparent working relationship so I will initially organise some time with you so I can conduct an appropriate health consultation, get to understand your goals, complete some simple appropriate fitness testing and discuss how best to support you. I create individual pathways for each client which progressively maximizes health, fitness levels and wellbeing. The relaxed sessions will help guide, support, advise and positively encourage you to stay on track & start integrate fitness into your own routine.
