Having spent many years working in the local Caulfield area managing not-for-profit community gym floors, conducting Group Training & Personal Training I found my passion for helping the local community better their lives by being active. My experience allows me to support clients appropriately in building habit....If you require an initial consultation & assessment, we`ll build a plan from navigating the introduction to exercise, increasing intensity of effort through to building a strategy in how to include exercise into your day to day busy life and ensuring it sticks! With the right balance of challenge and enjoyment you really can change your life for the better....

Getting in shape shouldn’t be a punishment. When our bodies and minds are healthy, we feel energised and can get more out of life. Small, appropriate, considered changes to your lifestyle with inclusion of exercise can make all the difference and I`m here to help you take the first steps to a Healthier Happier you. I believe in helping you build habit through just the right amount of challenge and finding the pleasurable side of fitness and while there may be a sore muscle or two along the way, the amount of fun and levels of energy you will experience will far exceed the discomfort of change.

At FIT STREET we`re proud to help all members of the local community and can cater for health conditions, rehabilitation pathways through to supporting people with disabilities. I will work with your health specialist, allied health practitioner or NDIS provider to support your pathway at your home, local community facility or your local gym at a time that is convenient for you.
If you clear on your goals or need that little bit extra support then personalised one-on-one training may be for you. We will sit down, discuss whats important to you, complete a health consultation, fitness assessment & I will design a progressive program to suit you by considering your current condition, time frame, ambition, exercise preferences and general lifestyle. We will work closely together to ensure you get to your personal goals.

Small Group Training at FIT STREET gives you the individual support you need to help you achieve your personal goals, whilst surrounding yourself with others who can push and motivate you to success.
I restrict the amount of clients in the sessions to support a non-threatening environment with just the right mix of challenge.
LEARN2RUN & Run Development-CURRENTLY SUSPENDED
Have you ever wanted to RUN but been unable to get past the first couple of weeks....Or perhaps your stuck on 5km and want to comfortably progress to a further distance. At Fit Street we have a number of sessions and advice to cater for beginners up to Marathon levels
